Project level, not corporate level
For most owners the meaningful question is how their building performs, not what our company reports in aggregate. Measurement is most useful attached to a specific project.
Sustainability
What gets measured, how it is reported, and where we are not yet good enough.
In short
A sustainability page without numbers is marketing. We would rather set out clearly what should be measured on a project, and report against it honestly, than publish a figure we cannot evidence.

Design-stage predictions and in-use performance routinely differ. Where a building is occupied, actual consumption is the more honest number.
Data is only worth collecting if it is reported when it is disappointing. Otherwise it is a selection exercise.
Common questions
Because we do not have verified ones to publish. A number without a stated method and boundary cannot be checked, and publishing one would defeat the point of measuring.
Ask us directly and we will tell you what exists. Project-level data is more useful to an owner than company-level reporting anyway.
Ask for the method.
